CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Please respect my time as I respect yours. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, a fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service may apply. • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments. • Color services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • Children are welcome; however, only children receiving services should attend unless previously approved. • Please arrive with hair detangled. Excessive detangling may result in an additional fee. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business.
